علت مشکل طبق نوشته سایت faulwire :
The processor identified a problem, but Windows was unable to deal with it.This problem can appear when one of these issues occurs:
- Low disk space in the primary system drive
- A driver bug (which may be identified in the message).
- Video adapter problems
- A BIOS bug
- BIOS caching or shadowing
This is the same issue as Stop code 0x0000008E.This is a fatal Windows error, typically called a Stop message, Bug Check, or more commonly the Blue Screen of Death (BSoD). The system is in a forced reboot state. Any unsaved work is likely lost.
علت مشکل بر اساس گفته مایکروسافت:
Two primary causes of these blue screen are video drivers and BIOS - Check with System Maker's
Site for Display Adapter (Video) and BIOS and then Device Maker's site for latest Video. It can be
other drivers so check while there. Turn OFF auto-driver installation as those are older and if
Windows Updates suggests a driver just HIDE it. Antivirus is another possibility.

ولی بنظر من و طبق گفته شما مشکل مربوط به مورد 1 نمیشه.
راه حل ها :
1- تمامی هارد خودتو فرمت کن( که ظاهراً شما این کارو کردین و جواب نگرفتین)
2-تمامی درایورهای خودتو علی الخصوص گرافیک و سی پی یو و چیپ ست رو آپدیت کنین(حتی الامکان اینکارو با نرم افزارهای آپدیت درایور انجام نده واز سایت رسمی این سخت افزارها این درایورها رو آپدیت کن)
3-مدل بایوس(مادربورد) خودتو پیدا کن و از لینکای زیر اونو آپدیت کن:
4- مطمئن شو که جدیدترین درایورها رو بدرستی نصب کردی.
5-اگه با موارد بالا مشکل حل نشد آپشن های بایوس مانند shadowing و catching را غیر فعال یا تغییر بده. و یا طبق دستورالعمل زیر (و لینک

If the BIOS is current, it's possible bad BIOS parameters are causing the problem, especially if the memory or CPU settings are overclocked. The BIOS parameters are stored in CMOS memory. The best way to reset the BIOS parameters is to remove the CMOS battery. To do this:
