تبادل نظر درباره تلویزیون های ۲۰۱۵ سونی سری W800C

سلام دوستان تلویزیون من مدل 55 اینچ w800c هست الان وقتی روشنش میکنم آرم شرکت سونی میاد و بعدش هم این چند تا دایره هست که رنگی هست میاد تو صفحه میچرخه که تلویزیون اجرا بشه کامل اون هم میاد
ولی بعد از این دیگه تلویزیون خاموش میشه و باز روشن میشه .همینطور ریستارت و خاموش میشه مشکل از چی هست ؟؟
تنظیمات و یا چیزی هم دست نزدم تلویزیون هم یک ماه هست خریدم و بدون گارانتی هست

درکنار همه خوبیهای آندروید این بدترین ایرادش هست که به همچین مشکلی میخوره تی وی درست مثل گوشیهای آندروید که به یکباره بالا نمیان!!
به آندروید شش اپدیت کرده بودید؟
شما شانس بیاری بتونی تلویزیون رو ریست فکتوری کنی شاید درست بشه

Unplug the AC power cord.
Simultaneously press and hold down the Power Power button and volume Down (-) Minus button buttons, and then (while holding the buttons down) plug the AC power cord back in. Continue to hold the buttons down until the green LED light appears.

Note: It will take approximately 10-30 seconds for the LED light to turn green.
Release the buttons after the green LED light appears.

Note: If the white LED light doesn't turn green within 30 seconds, start from Step 1 again.
Wait a few minutes for the reset process to take place. The TV will reboot (turn on and off) two times.

Note: If the TV doesn't turn back ON automatically, press the Power button to turn TV back ON.
Two Welcome screens will appear on the TV. Do NOT setup the first Welcome screen. The TV will auto factory data reset within one minute of the first Welcome screen.
When the second Welcome screen appears, perform the setup.

Note: If the Welcome setup screen doesn't appear, unplug the AC power cord and then plug it back in.

If the forced factory reset didn't resolve the issue, perform the reset again.

اینم یه روش دیگه
که اگر کلیدهای پشت تلویزیون ۴ تا یا بیشتر باشه که فکر کنم این روش روی w800c بیشتر جواب بده
A forced factory reset can only be done if the TV has been upgraded to the Android 6 OS.
If you can access the TV menu, perform a factory data reset instead.
This procedure may require two people.
Depending on which TV model you have, the location of the buttons will vary.

Follow these steps to perform a forced factory reset if, when facing the back of the TV, the buttons are on the right.

Unplug the AC power cord.
Simultaneously press and hold down the Power Power button and volume Down (-) Minus button buttons, and then (while holding the buttons down) plug the AC power cord back in. Continue to hold the buttons down until the green LED light appears.
Note: It will take approximately 10 - 30 seconds for the LED to turn green.

Once the Welcome setup screen appears, quickly go through the setup procedure.
Do not sign in to your Google® account.
Skip the network setup.
Skip the channel setup.

On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
Select Settings.
Select Storage & reset.
Select Factory data reset.
Perform the setup at the Welcome screen.

If the forced factory reset didn't resolve the issue, perform the reset again.

آره ولی تو توضیحاتشم نوشته فقط مخصوص تیوی هایی هست که تو سنگاپور فروخته میشه.
امتحانش مجانیه هر کی دوست داشت نصب کنه
فقط امیدوارم مثه اون دوستمون به لوپ نیفته!

من آپدیت سنگاپور رو روی تلویزیونم زدم و فعلا بدون مشکل داره کار میکنه
در ضمن بهم ریختگی کانال ها هم فعلا درست شده
