به خاطر اینه که پسوند ipa همون zip هستش و فایل هایی که باید نصب بشن رو تو خودش نگه میداره و فقط تغییر نام داده اما idm و dap و .. موقع دانلود تشخیصش میدن و پسوندشو به zip برمیگردونن.

اگه تو idm این پسوندو addکنید مشکل حله
اما با یه تعغییر اسم راحت میشه پسوندو عوض کرد
