نه کامل پاک نمیشه پاک میکنم تو ادرس بوک میمونه

این ارور رو الآن چند وقته یاهو میده من هم دقیقا همین مشکل رو دارم امروز سعی میکنم این مشکل رو با یاهو در میون بزارم و جوابشو که گرفتم خبرتون میکنم
البته من همیشه مشکل اینطورین دارم و فقط هنگام ویرایش contact detail اون ها با این ارور روبرو میشم
ارور از سرور یاهو هست احتمال زیاد
همونطور که قول داده بودم با یاهو تماس گرفتم و اون ها اینطور جواب من رو دادند

our servers. Yahoo! Messenger has an embedded reporting tool that makes
this a simple procedure.
Here's how to send diagnostic log files with the embedded tool:
1. Open Yahoo! Messenger and sign in.
2. Click the "Help" menu and select "Report a Problem to Yahoo!."
3. Click "OK."
4. Exit Yahoo! Messenger by right-clicking the tray icon and selecting
"Exit."
5. Start Yahoo! Messenger again and sign in again.
6. Try to duplicate the issue you've been experiencing.
7. Once the problem occurs again, click the "Help" menu and select
"Report a Problem to Yahoo!."
8. Select the "Category" and "Problem" from the options available.
9. Type a short description of your problem in the field provided.
10. Click "Send." This submits your log files.
11. Click the "Help" menu and select "Turn Off Diagnostic Logs."
12. Click "OK."

البته یکمش رو فهمیدم چی میگه من سعی میکم برای حل این مشک کمکتون کنم و چند تا روش رو به شما پیشنهاد میکنم که اعمال کنید
گفته یاهو مسنجر رو جدیدترین ورژنش رو نصب کنید و نمیدونم لوگ ها رو پاک کنی و از این جور حرف ها ولی من خودم جدید رین ورژنش رو دارم ولی باز هم با همین مشکل مواجه هستم احتمال قوی ایراد زمانی هست و این ارور در همه ساعت ها رخ نمیده و برخی اوقات با این ارور مواجه میشیم حالا میخواین شما هم هیمن کار رو بکن
یاهو مسنجر رو بکال unistall کن و بعد برو تو program files اونجاهم فولدرش رو بکل پاک کن و بعدش هرچی log و history و cookies داری همه رو پاک کن و در اخر یک disk clanup هم از درایو مورد نظر بگیر و حالا ورژن جدید یاهو که 9.0.0.2152 هست رو نصب کن و ببین مشکل حل میشه یا نه
