Dear Customer,
Thank you for your recent enquiry if you have downloaded the most recent Microsoft Dashboard update, our Max Memory card with 2 GB or 4 GB of memory will not fully function.
These problems are entirely due to the actions of Microsoft and are beyond our control.
Datel are aware of the changes required to remedy this problem and as such are offering a reprogramming service for Max Memory cards.
If you purchased your Max Memory card from Codejunkies European web store, please logon to the store and select the option to request a return RMA number against your order detailing that you would like to accept the reprogramming service.
If you purchased your card from Max TV please contact them directly to arrange a return, contact details are on your invoice.
If you purchased your card from another retailer please return the item to them, Datel have made arrangements with distributors for reprogramming.
