Hi everybody
I got a better way for those who want to have a spoken chat with others and find written chat pretty boring. You can pick up your microphone & start speaking about your favorite topic without any rush & panicking while recording it in your PC. To record your voice, you can use many softwares specially Jetaudio. As after the recording is over, the size of the audio file would be too much, you can change the bitrate of the file, say to 32 kb, to reduce the size. Then you can upload it on a site and give the link to others to listen to your voice. I think that would be the case of killing two birds with one stone: letting others have your ideas along with hearing & enjoying your voice.
In order to change the bitrate of an audio file, before recording, follow the following steps:
-In Jetaudio, go to Recording.
-Change the Encoder to MP3.
-Then click on Config. part & go to the Bitrate section.
-Finally chose your favorite bitrate & save all changes & start recording.
You can also do this job after the recording job is over if you want to keep your voice for yourself with high quality. In that case, you have to follow these steps:
-In Jetaudio, go to Conversion.
-Click on Add Files.
-Select your recorded file.
-Go to Target & pick up a name for it.
-Then in the same part determine where it has to be saved & after that go to Output Format and select your favorite format that is usually MP3.
-Then finally in Config part, select your favorite bitrate & save all changes.
-Now you can click on Start and begin the convert job.
I hope you like this method and find it interesting. Hope to hear your voices so soon.
