I think there are no problems in this context and it's just shortened, the original form should be:l

متد فلان، Y(max)(204.9 nm for TSB, 152.29 nm for c-Sb) را نشان می دهد، که بسیار کمتر از نتیجه آزمایش است

جمله هم با which one و هم بدون اون درسته ... البته اگه از which one استفاده نشه ، بجای ویرگول بهتره از خط تیره یا حتی نقطه استفاده بشه .. یعنی یه مکث داریم :
