GifMate is simple program for using animated GIFs on your Desktop. You can set the direction of motion your GIFs, change the speed of motion, set transparency, set quick launch user menu .
Program is freeware.
Control
Mouse:
DblClick - Close;
RightClick - User menu for quick launch;
CTRL+RightClick- Main menu;
Shift+LeftClick,MiddleClick - Next GIF in directory;
Keyboard:
Left,Right,Up,Down -motion;
Attention: Win2000,XP,Vista only.
