با سلام به دوستان عزیز
موقع نصب نرم اقزار روزتا استون این پیغام ظاهر میشه .البته برنامه رو روی دو سیستم دیگه که ویندوز 7 داشتن تست کردم که مجددا همین پیغام ظاهر میشه ( به غیر از ویندوز 7 متاسفانه ویندوز دیگه ای در دسترس نبود که تست کنم )

روشهای پایین برین برای برطرف کردن این ارور:20:
روش اول
منوی استارت اجرا کنید داخلش تایپ کنید
کد:Services.msc
بعدشم روی گزینه مورد نظر کلیک کنید درکادری که بازمیشه ازستون سمت راست روی گزینه
کد:Windows Installer
دبل کلیک کنید بعدشم درکادری که باز میشه از قسمتی که نوشته شده Startup type از کادرکشویی گزینه
کد:Manual
انتخاب کنید بعدشم روی دکمه Start کلیک کنید
روش دوم
اگر با روش قبل رفع مشکل نشد فایل رجیستر پایین به اسم msiserver دانلود روی دسکتاپ سیو بعدشم اجراش کنید هرپیغامی که داد تایید اکی سیستم ریستارت کنید بعدازنوع تست کنید

روش سوم
منوی استارت اجرا کنید درقسمت سرچش تایپ کنید cmd بعدشم روی گزینه مورد نظرکلیک راست گزینه run as administrator انتخاب کنید درکادری که باز میشه ابن دستور پایین باموس از روش کپی بگیرین بعدشم داخل همون پنجره با موس paste بعدم اینتر کنید.

آپدیت windows installer برای xp رو نت موجوده
یه سرچ کوچیک بزنید پیدا میشه
اونو که نصب کنید مشکلتون حل میشه

win7 ultimate sp1 X86 رو چند ماه پیش از سایت خریداری کرده بودم و الان میخوام فایل درایور گوشی های اندروید Htc یا بهتر بگم htc driver که فایل msi رو در بر میگیره رو نصب کنم با اررور زیر روبرو میشم تو نت سرچ زدم خیلیا این مشکلو داشتند و اکثرا گفته بودند با پچ فیکس مشکل حل میشه اما مشکل برام پابرجاست

نسخه ی قبلی این ویندوز روی هارد اولم نصبه و بدون مشکل کار میکنه اما این ویندوز روی هارد دومم هستش .....
ویندوز رو هم آپدیت کردم باز مشکل پابرجاست
ویندوز جدید باید خریداری کنم ؟

وقنی من نصب میکنم میگه حافظه کمه چیکار کنم همه این کارارو کردم ولی جواب نداد
سلام هیچ یکی از راههای گفته شده مشکل بنده را حل نکرد همان ارور را می دهد

Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported” Message is Shown when Attempting to Install on Windows 8
Problem:
The error message “Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported” appears when you attempt to install any version of Maple on Windows 8.
Solution:
It is important to note that currently we only support the use of Maple 17 on Windows 8. We cannot guarantee the functionality of any version prior to Maple 17 and these older versions are unsupported on this platform. However, this error is a known problem and depending on your Maple version, you may be able to work around the issue.
If you are using Maple 16, please re-download your Maple 16 installer file to ensure that you are using an installer for the updated version Maple 16.02 which automatically avoids this problem. If you cannot re-download your Maple 16 installer file, or you are using an older Maple version, please do the following:
1) Right-click the installation file and select ‘Properties’.
2) Click the ‘Compatibility’ tab.
3) Check the box next to ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select ‘Windows 7’ from the drop-down menu.
4) Click ‘Apply’.
5) Run the installation as normal.
This should correct the issue and allow you to install Maple 16 and below on Windows 8. However, please keep in mind that this is not officially supported.

سلام. تو رو خدا مشکل منو حل کنید . من بازی Syndicate رو میخوام نصب کنم ارور windows instaler 4.5 رو میده ویندوزم 8.1 هست
سلام دوستان من هم همین مشکل را دارم حتی انتی ویروس هم نصب نمیشه یکم نصب میشه بعد پیغام.ارور میده برمیگردعقب ولغو میشه...

من یه مورد مشابه دارم که با راه حل های شما نتونستم رفعش کنم.
من Win7 HomeBasic 32bit رو توی vmware نصب کردن و بدون مشکل یک سری نرم افزار مثل ویژوال استودیو و کامپوننت هاشو نصب کردم.اما یکی از فایل هایی که میخوام نصب کنم(یه فایل .msi ) به این ارور برخوردم که متاسفانه رفع نشد.متن کامل ارور به این صورته:
"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor"
توی نت که سرچ کردم اکثرا مال ارور dll و چیزای دیگه بود اما اینجا مشکل ظاهرا از اسکریپته .ممنون میشم برای حل مشکل راهنمایی کنید.
