well..!!! I'm depressed most of the times and I haven't found any way to obstruct it...!!! Depressing may has many causes....!!! some of the depressing feelings comes through us because of our deep thinking about what has just happened to us that we cann't overcome that!!! some depressing feelings comes through us and we don't know it's reason(s) clearly! In this situation I guess we should definitely change something such as our place(situation) to overcome that.
but The best and wonderful ,wonderful thing that can help us to overcome depression is being happy! something that most of people are losing in their lives!!! but I know being happy is also very difficult!:31: but many people (like myself) always like to deal with depression and fall themselves in to depression although thy really can be happy and they really can not to think about some of mistakes!!!l

These are some people's dialogs which have faced this problem.All of us sometimes get bored and cry a lot, sometimes we are happy and laugh, some of these functions have natural reasons like death of our close relationship or something like this which make us upset or by getting good mark we will be happy. Depression is different in each person and each person in each year or each situation can be depression.Almost among 4 people at least 1 people faces with this problem in his/her life.Statistics show that women face with depression more than men.Some reasons which make us depress are : having disorders at nutrition, some medicine, drugs, drinking coffee a lot, using cigarette and etc.The reasons are different in each people.Maybe somebody use many cigarette but doesn't get depression and counter.Many of depression can be remedied.Well how we can remedy this problem? Let me explain.We should forecast our terrible events and make ready ourself for them.If you feel that you don't have no body in your life, don't forget this point that you have God that God can hear your speeches forever and doesn't get tired and doing exercises is one of other ways to make you feel better.There are many ways to make us feel better about this problem, try to do one of them and make yourself better

Now a day's although human being has developed and civilized more than ever but one of the big and common problems in his life is depression. Psychologists can answer the under discussion question more perfectly but I will answer it in my own way!
I think we can not obstruct depression in our life permanently; we just can reduce it to happen less frequently, because human's spirit is in a constant change according to environments and situations he faces during his whole life.
Depression is usually caused by dissatisfaction. When we are not satisfied and consider our self disable to change that situation as we desire then we feel sadness or depression. In this case I think contentment is the key to reduce it.
In other cases depression can also caused by loneliness but this can not be solved by first formula which is to be content in our desires so I think one of the effective solutions here is to have faith in a religion.
Because it's our common observation and science has also approved it that the ones who believe in any religion or faith, they are less frequently depressed and they don't feel themselves alone.
when we have strong believe in existence of a super power and a kind God who never leaves us alone and that He is always there to listen to us, to hear our sound, to help us and to heighten our low spirits in difficulties then automatically by this strong connection and relation we remain far away from depression and loneliness for a longer time.
