Sony officially debuts Xperia MWC 2012

leaks pre-MWC, so we can't say we were all too surprised when the handset made its debut on stage today in Barcelona. The 3.5-inch phone offers up a Reality Display, a 1GHz dual-core processor and five megapixel camera. According to Sony, the handset should get up to six and a half hours of talk time and will, sadly, be rocking Gingerbread at launch, though for what it's worth, a planned upgrade to ICS has been announced. is in full swing, and the first to arrive is the Xperia P. The phone follows on from the styling we saw on the

; but it looks likely to be the middle child, with a similar Sony-themed skin atop what appears to be Gingerbread Android, still housing dual-core power under the hood. Previously known as the Nyphon, the Xperia P has a 4-inch "WhiteMagic" display encased in an aluminum unibody. This new screen technology is apparently geared toward outdoor viewing, with NFC, HDMI connectivity and an 8-megapixel camera with full HD video capability. It will also be gifted with its own incoming SmartDock, which is set to arrive alongside the phone. And that's going to be pretty soon: the P model will ship mid-Q2, but pricing remains as dark as Sony's live event stage.

بر روی این تلفن همراه علاوه بر پورت USB شما پورت HDMI را هم برای تماشای فیلم و عکس های گوشی بر روی تلویزیون و نمایشگرهای بزرگ در اختیار دارید. طبق اعلام سونی باتری این موبایل تا ۶.۵ ساعت مکالمه شما را همراهی خواهد کرد. اما متاسفانه سیستم عامل آن هنگام عرضه اندروید 2.3.7 نان زنجبیلی است و در نیمه دوم ۲۰۱۲ به اندروید 4.0 ارتقا خواهد یافت.

سونی در MWC امسال حسابی سر و صدا به راه انداخته. اولین محصول سونی که توجه ما را به خود جلب می کند Xperia P است. شکل و شمایل و استایل ظاهری آن چیزی شبیه به Xperia S است، با تمی مشابه، اندروید ۲.۳ نسخه نان زنجبیلی و همچنان دو هسته ای. با توجه به معرفی Xperia U در همین نمایشگاه و Xperia S (محصول پیشین این کمپانی)، Xperia P فرزند میانی این خانواده محسوب می شود.
این گوشی که پیش تر با نام رمز Nyphon شناخته می شد، از نمایشگر ۴ اینچی WhiteMagic و بدنه آلومینیومی بهره می برد. این تکنولوژی جدید صفحه نمایش ظاهراً بر روی کیفیت تصویر در فضای باز تمرکز دارد. قابلیت NFC، خروجی HDMI و دوربین ۸ مگاپیکسلی با کیفیت full HD نیز از دیگر قابلیت های آن است.

Many questions revolve around exactly which phones will carry what features. We therefore thought it would be useful to publish a summary specification table showing the differences between each handset. Most of the data is already included in our larger

The table should be pretty self-explanatory, but it’s quite clear that the Xperia S flagship carries the most features (barring the WhiteMagic display, aluminium unibody and SmartDock of the Xperia P). If you are currently debating which of these new phones to go for the comparison table will hopefully give you a steer.
