I'm so sorry for missing the listening activity.
But Here's my writing and vocab assignments :


What you’ve done in norooz ?

This norooz was sort of different to me.My family went to travel but I pereferd not to go.Actually I wasn’t in the mood ! So I spent an unaccompanied holiday .
You might consider it as the worst thing might happened to someone in norooz but frankly , it was a good experience.Being responsible for everything , not answering anybody for what you do , feeling kind of independent ! These are some of bright sides of being alone even in norooz.I spent my time watching movies , listening to music and also sometimes hanging out with friends.

Elementary Vocabulary Lesson 1 (Family) – 10 Examples

• My aunt ,the sister of my mother, is a kind woman.
• If I had a niece , I’d be her uncle !
• I respect my parents.
• most of my cousins are older than me.
• I can’t count on cousin because his not reliable.

English Grammar In Use (Present Continuous)

• I think I’m doing my job well.

• I don’t think if it is a good idea.
• Do you usually talk so load?
• Everytime I see you , you look beter !

I don't know what should I say be couse I do any thing in norooz except eatin and sleeping I know u expect that I write about the lessons and the time of learning becouse I'm a student but I didn't learn my lessons.

I just went to my aunt house for 3 days and had fun time with my cousins.the other days I was at home and searches the internet and forums.
I found a lot of freinds and learned a lot of things
some days we had guests same the others but a night my uncles came our house one of them has a doghter her name is 3pide.
and she slept in my room but it's better I tell u we didn't sleep. we stay up till 6:00 AM . I couldn't say what we did but I can't tell u we laughed a lot ( If s.one wants to know ask in my profile I don't say it was a good work but plz u read it with out no equivocation) at the end I should write sorry of this irrelevent writing becouse:1
it was my first writing

we don't have 100 days weekend to write 100 sentences.

What you’ve done in norooz ?

This norooz was sort of different to me.My family went to travel but I pereferd not to go.Actually I wasn’t in the mood ! So I spent an unaccompanied holiday .

3th Day , My aunt(my mother's sister) came to our house. Oh and I knew a good point in this day and it was about my ADSL and it was Free until 7th and I started to download some files :26:
4th Day, all of my uncles and aunts and cousins came to our house and I had a hard day cuz of I had to entertain our guests :37:. My pc was turning on and downloading too :31:
5th Day, I was searching on the webs to find some files to download all the day :8:
6th Day, Oh yes , at last we started to visit our relatives and it is good for me cuz they entertained me very good. We went to my one of big uncle's house :40: and My pc was turning on and ...
7th Day, we went to my second uncle's house and My pc ..:32: :31:
8th Day, We went to my aunt's house and My pc turned off this time:D
9th Day , our far relatives came to our house and this time I escaped from reception and my sister did

A Long Walk Home

I grew up in the south of Spain in a little community called Estepona. I was 16 when one morning, my father told me I could drive him into a remote village called Mijas, about 18 miles away, on the condition that I take(1) the car in to be serviced(2) at a nearby garage. Having just leaned to drive and hardly ever having the opportunity to use the car, I readily accepted. I drove Dad into Mijas and promised to pick him up at 4 p.m., then drove to a nearby garage and dropped off the car.Because I had a few hours to spare(3), I decided to catch a couple of movies at a theater near the garage. However, I became so immersed(4) in the films that I completely lost track of time(5). when the last movie had finished, I looked down at my watch. It was six o'clock. I was two hours late!

I knew Dad would be anger if he found out I'd been watching movies. He'd never let me drive again. I decided to tell him that the car needed some repairs and that they had taken longer than had been expected. I drove up to the place where we had planned to meet and saw Dad waiting patiently on the corner. I apologized for being late and told him that I'd come as quickly as I could, but the car had needed some major repairs. I'll never forget the look he gave me(6)

"I'm disappointed that you feel you have to lie to me, Jason."
"What do you mean? I'm telling the truth"

Dad looked at me again. "When did not show up, I called the garage to ask if there were any problems, and they told me that you had not picked up the car. So you see, I know there were no problems with the car." A rush of guilt ran through me as I feebly confessed to(7) my trip to the movie theater and real reason for my tardiness. Dad listened intently as a sadness passed through him.

“I’m angry, not with you but with myself. You see, I realize that I have failed as a father if after all these years you feel that you have to lie to me. I have failed because I have brought up a son who cannot contemplate (8) where I have gone wrong all these years.”

“But Dad, It’s 18 miles to home. It’s dark. You can’t walk home.”
My protests, my apologies and the rest of my utterances were useless. I had let my father down (9), and I was about to learn one of the most painful lessons of my life. Dad began walking along the dusty road. I quickly jumped in the car and followed behind, hoping he would relent (10). I pleaded all the way, telling him how sorry, I was, but he simply ignored me, continuing on silently, thoughtfully and painfully. For 18 miles I drove behind him, average about five miles per hour.

Seeing my father in so much physical and emotional pain was the most distressing and painful experience that I have ever faced. However it was also the most successful lesson. I have never lied him since.
