مشکل را پیدا کردم
دوستانی که موقع loading هنگ می کند برای کارت گرافیکی است و باید کارت خود را آپدیت کنند
برای من geforce 8600 است که طریقه اپدیتش را قرار میدم البته برای مدلهای دیگر هم که در لیست لینک زیر هست نیز جواب میده:
The driver I am using is for an NVidia GeForce 8600M GT, and related cards. If you’ve ever tried to update drivers for that card, you know it makes you want to shoot yourself. The driver (version 176.28) can be found here:

If your graphics card is listed there, download the new driver, unzip it, and install it. If the included installer program doesn’t work:
1. Go to Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager -> Display Adapters, and double click on your card.
2. Switch to the “Driver” tab, and click “Update Driver”.
3. Tell it to “install from a specific location” and click next
4. Check the box that says “Include this location in the search”, then select the folder where you extracted the zip file to.
5. Hit next, and it should update. Hope this helps.
