I haven't done this for long enough so I'll try to make it shorter and clearer.
1.) Out of the tribe account sitting.
2.) Trip-Wire system implementation in the Tribal Family.

Okay, here we go :D :
1.) Out of the tribe account sitting.
In the internal tribes announcement it is stated, and we stand behind this statement:
IF someone account sits you and is not from our tribe or our family will lead to your imminent dismissal!
From time to time we have been joined up with a player [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] which was sitted by an outsider of the tribe. This player was contacted and been given 1 day to be dismissed but it got prolonged.
Then I was contacted by the sitter which said clearly he is a multi and this is his other acc. I dismissed him immediately, and will contact the admins, though I said I won't but, I really feel that this is totally a cheat in the game.
In the future, anyone that has joined our tribe and is sitted by someone else has 1 hour to loose his sitter and be changed by ours or will be dismissed. ONLY if there is a BIG and GOOD reason for this, this player may remain.

2.) Trip-Wire system implementation in the Tribal Family.

From now on, everyone will send to 5 of their neighbors (no matter how many villages those players have), 4 spearmen. We introduce this early-warning system in order to protect each-other against sudden attacks if they occur.
Everyone has 24 hours to do this, then to contact

3.) Troops Check-Out and Troops quantity rules.

5. We have a simple troops rule in the tribe : IF You have a 1000 points village, you must have 1000 defensive troops. So either 250 spears and 750 swords, or 500 spears and 500 swords. That is up to you. But your defense must match your points in order for us to be well defended before we go forth offensing through the continents. This is a MUST for every village, were it defensive or offensive.

5.) Diplomacy.

I will probably from tomorrow if the talks go good, leave [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] and go over to [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] to check on things and work things out to ensure they will put up their end of the bargain to be as ONE with us.

Any bad language will not be tolerated anymore or threats.
If our allies are doing wrong to us or our personal allies, with providing the reports and a FRIENDLY letter you go to the tribal leaders and ask politely for the attacks to stop. IF anyone goes berserk and into his own foul-diplomacy I WILL deal with him-her myself.

6.) Nobling

Greetings everyone. I've seen people in this tribe having trouble with nobles, so I am going to lay down some rules... Well, only one for now.
You are not to attack anyone with a noble without first claiming the target on this board. The sole exception to this is if you have contacted someone who has a claim on a village and asked their permission. Falure to follow this rule may result in you having to pay any war damages that someone who has claimed the village might incure due to your attacks (Such as them losing a noble because you capture the village from them, or them losing nobles because of a train wreck because of you lowering the loyalty of a village)
That is all for now, other then that follow the rules for what to post when claiming a village. More may be added in the future if needed.
And to post a nobling topic it must be like this:
THE TOPICS MUST BE IN THIS FORM AND THIS KIND ONLY:
The name of the topic should be written like this:

and this is the form for writing down the village you are going to claim inside the topic:

Some people have contacted me about defending.
There is a part of the tribal forums just for Defense Requests.
Go there and providing reports and the times of expected attacks post asking for help.
AND always say in WHICH village do you need help.

8.) Invitations to the tribe.

10.) IMPORTANT ORDER TO REACH 1000 points who has not.
Now, points don't mean to us nothing but this order goes to those that are under 1000 points to reach them by building their mines and reach greater productivity. And when they reach out that points they must build up armies to fit their points.
You have 1 week time = 7 days to comply to this or will be either dismissed and farmed, or nobled.
Those with 1000 points have that 7 days to reach 1500 points.
Why?
First of all - you cannot have low level mines to work your way up the food chain. You may be protected by the tribe, but the tribe isn't protected by you and we must be stronger.
Secondly - we do not accept free loaders no more (for those who don't know what a free loader is - that person just uses the benefits of something and gives nothing in return) - we put an end to this.
When you reach 1000 points - or 1500 we will know, but IF you don't reach that required sum - YOU will know the consequences.
