Build Youth camps. This is the number one way to discover talent. Also the most expensive way. Make sure you have enough money to build these. , or will you find yourself broke after a couple of seasons.
-Buy a scouting system. Buy one, change the settings to 15-20, 55-60 and shortlist everyone who you think is worth a deep scout. Select the option scouts scout players on your short list.
-Send your scouts out on permanent scouting. This is also a very good way. Choose a country, Level and age and your off, you get weekly updates added to your scouting database.
-Youth Tournaments. At the start of the season, there is a youth tournament. Shows the best players for that. If you have a good enough team, they will choose you over their current team.
-Poaching. Go to all the top teams in the world ( Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, Man Utd, Ac MIlan, INter, Juventus, Lyon etc.) Shortlist the ones you think look interesting and let the scout scout them automatically.
-Talent screen. At the end of the season, there is a screen that shows you all the best talent in the world. You can offer them all contracts if you want lol. Offer the best ones contracts. This is the second best way.
-Database Editor. This is to find REAL talent. GO to your editor and go to player list. Select all continents and order by age.
