It's one of the bests institutes in whole Iran :18:,I can't believe you say this. I've studied there from 1380 to 1384 and In spite of studying english for about 10 years before that, I can say all I've learned was from Mr Rezvani's classes, (The manager of Tarjome Hamzaman), he's the best English teacher in Iran(I believe in that ) , if you go to his classes once, you'll never miss any of his classes..
Actually I should say his classes is for students in upper levels, he teaches vocabulary and it doesn't matter how much you studied English, you start his classes in level 1:31:, his method is so unique and I really appreciate him.
But termic classes in his institute is not that much good, just translation classes, I really suggest every one to go to his classes even for one session , you'll love him:40::31:l
About safir, they are good, but not as good as ILI, but after Ili and Kish, they are the best
