About ROM:
- based on MiuiAndroid 1.8.27
- added modded LauncherPRO
- removed MIUI Launcher (added to post #2)
- updated kernel to 179
- added multilanguage support
(danish - dutch - english - french - german - hebrew - hungarian - italian - polish - portugese - russian - slovenian - spanish - turkish)
Important!: I don't replaced apk, I injected language files to Defy's apks
- added MotoPhonePortal
- added MotoTaskManager
- optimized battery usage
- optimized memory settings
- optimized WiFi driver & settings
- removed some MIUI apps
- added some MIUI apps
- removed unneeded files
- faster proximity sensor
- faster phone calling
- updated Google apps
- increased touch point from 2 to 4
- tweaks for speed
- more improvement coming soon
I working on:
- optimize and implement new tweaks for speed and stability
- import new CM7 drivers to MIUI
- convert MIUI widgets to LauncherPRO
Installation GUIDE:
-1. Flash 2.2 CEE ROM or Nordic
0. use SuperOneClick for root
1. Download 2ndinit 1.4.2
2. install 2ndinit (Important!:following the instructions)
3. Boot into bootmenu by pressing volume down when device flashes a blue led at bootup. Set default boot mode to 2nd init.
4. Select Recovery/Stable Recovery. Choose "Wipe Data/Cache" option. Let finish.
5. Choose Install zip from SD Card, select WajkIUI_multilang .zip and let it finish.
6. select "Wipe Cache" then go to Advanced and select "Wipe Dalvik Cache". Reboot Now!
7. After boot, set your prefered language in Settings menu
7. Done! Recommend: use Battery Calibration for maximum battery
ps.: i use 2.2 CEE Froyo ROM for base
Tips&Tricks:
Add your City to MIUI Weather Clock
Use builtin basebandswitcher V4
and try Battery Calibration
My battery usage in standby (aka at night) 1-1,5%/h, if you have battery drain,
try this solutions. Maybe help to you.
