Right click on this picture and choose 'Save target as ...' , then open the saved file with Notepad. Finally download the link in the text file with a download manager.
I have done this for some of them in this topic.

Barron's - Toefl IBT ( I haven't bought it so don't know the price but I think it's the same as longman
- Long man is a bit easier than Barron's
Essential words for Toefl (price 3800 t)
180 Essays for Toefl (the essays aren't so good , but topics are useful)l ( I think the price is near 3000 t)l
