well, I've just watched 'persuasion'... a movie based on the novel 'persuasion' By Jane Auston

We all know Jane Auston n are familiar with her style of writing, I believe;... She has mostly focused on social manners, relations and most importantly marriage in her novels....

Pride 'n Prejudice is the most famous novel written by her n almost everyone has watched the movie;

n Persuasion, as other stories of Auston is about marriage, doesn't differ in story just details are somehow different

it's interesting that the actors chosen for the movie were not that charming n I'm wondering if there was any reason behind it or not


anyway, this type of movies have their own fans n that's mostly ladies if I'm not wrong

IMDB's rate seems kinda fair: 7.5

in the "Lake House", Sandra Bullock's character like this novel.. even a specific part is mentioned:

"There could have been no two hearts so open, no tastes so similar, no feelings so in unison...."

it was a nice romantic movie too, with a touch of Sci-Fi.. check out the plot of the movie [ برای مشاهده لینک ، با نام کاربری خود وارد شوید یا ثبت نام کنید ] .. It's weird, in a good way though.

well...after a year...last night i watched it again...what should i say about this movie...powerful...dramatic...masterpiece

i can dare it's the best movie that i've ever watched...you can find everything in this movie...remorse...happiness...war...evolution

and the last scene was so dramatic..you must watch it...i cant just tell you what happened

again a movie based on one of Jane Auston's novels; Mansfield Park, 1999...actually a friend of mine has brought the movies based on Auston's novel n u must wait for some others in following days :27:l

that was quite nice n interesting, unlike the one I watched yesterday, u can catch some beautiful faces n actors in this one :27: .... of course Jane Auston's stories dun need to be described, again passion, love n marriage. n again a happy ending :13:....

anyway, I liked this one more than Persuasion

well i dont why nicolas cage acts such these ordinary movies in last few years...as he said somewhere its because of his

movie manager and also he's complained of him to get compensation for the loss of these years...anyway...its about a

man can predict future two minutes ahead of time....the subject of movie was

nice but after a few minutes watching it gets stereotype and i think director could handle it more attractive

but all in all its amusing for once

you mean about the book in the movie?...

if you recall Вullock's character had accidentally left the book at the train station (in the past). later Alex goes to the station and finds it on a bench. it is mentioned again, twice.. in the party and later when she finds it under a floorboard.

such a great movie...young actors and actress acted nice...shia labeouf(kale)is so cute...the story tells us a teenage student after some irritant events that had caused kale popped his spanish teacher in school and after that in court he was convicted to stay at home for three months as penalty(he was under 18_about 17 and a few months)and he doesnt have right to go out very far otherwise police come to him immediately...just this...thrilling and so exciting...watch it.8 out of 10

obviously a modern remake of Hitchcock Rear Window... fun but not as intelligent as the original version.

Shia LaBeouf is very promising as a lead actor in all of his movies (which I've seen almost all of them)
