یه متنی هست یه سری اصطلاح داره من ازش سر در نمیارم چجوری به انگلیسی درش بیارم. درسته طولانیه ولی حتی بخشی ازش یا حتی جمله اولش هم میتونه بهم کمک کنه تا دستم بیاد.

The prediction of bankruptcy of companies is one of the most important issues followed by the investors in order to optimize their resource allocation.
Most of former researches,for bankruptcy models,have been neglecting the special characteristics of the involved industry.
The main objectives of this paper are creation of suitable prediction of bankruptcies for chemical production industries,vehicles and part productions, machine tools, basic metals and non-metallic minerals,using a hybrid model based on the Rough set theory and the Grey set theory.
Statistical society of this research is consist of the whole companies of each industry.
The criteria considered for determination of bankruptcy, is the article 141 of Iran business laws.
The time period of the research is between 1386 to 1392.
Results of the paper indicate that the hybrid model based on the Rough theory and Grey theory, for vehicle and part industries, chemical industries , non-metallic industries, machine tools and basic metals represents the sequential accuracy prediction rates of 92.24%, 100%, 92.30%, 100% and 93.93% which indicates a high accuracy rate of the model.
