Correcting some little mistakes:
"Good Day" means "good bye" its better to use another word instead of "good" such as: Nice.
or using another sentence like: have a good\great day\time.
Try Not to say (not "to not say" - the right position of "not" in sentence)

I think the main reason of Brain Drain in Iran is the inattention of government to youth and their
requests.
you know, we haven't suitable situations for working!
we don't pay enough attention to our youth and also their science and authority...
when a young boy like me, see that there is nothing for him in his country, and nobody give him cost
he decide to have a better situation and he think that by leaving his country and going to European or American countries he can procure everything!
The Best way for solving this problem is investment on youth.

you can call me NADA. it's not my name and even it's not a name at all. but if it's hard for you to write my long id you can use it.
i read all of the posts and about the sentence which you couldn't understand - which was written by bakhishman- i think he means that: i'm not satisfy of my english and i never will, BECAUSE I always want to learn....
cause means because in informal speech. of course i'm sure you knew it but just because you couldn't understand the sentence i said this.
and about topic actually i couldn't understand what is our main topic here to discuss about. everyone suggested sth and there was no agreement as i noticed. so i'll be glad if someone fix the topic and let us to talk about it.
