a"According to astronomers, we have taken a major step forward in regards to research. Recently, images from NASA's Spitzer space telescope have revealed valuable information about the possibility of life in far regions of outer space. Two planets that are light-years away from our planet Earth, have been of high interest to the astronomers. These planets orbit stars similar to the way the Earth orbit's the Sun.
The discovery of water on a planet or in the surrounding atmosphere is a crucial step in determining if life is present. For this reason researchers spend a great deal of effort researching areas where water may be present. This is especially true when the atmosphere is found to contain life-supporting chemicals.
Currently, no evidence of water has been found where the scientists were hoping to locate evidence of its existence. Astronomers have not yet given up hope. Scientist have not completely ruled out the possibility that water will be found in the vicinity of these two planets.
Scientists believe that it is possible that water is present. It is suspected that the presence of water is still undetermined because it is hidden by the thick clouds of dust.
Further research is needed to determine if water is present on the planets. Research continues to take us one step closer to the answer every day."
