Installation:
1.) Open the 'Theme' folder. which you download
2.) Drag both 'Dark.theme' and the 'Theme' folder to 'C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\'
3.) Right click on desktop -> Personalize...there you should see in Installed Themes.Click on it to apply theme.

ممنون از زحمات شما عزیزان ولی چرا پس فقط تم سیاه میذارید ؟ ممنون میشم اگه تم های دیگه ای هم با رنگهای شاد برای ویندوز 64 بیتی بذارید
( ظاهرا تم های 32 بیتی رو 64 بیتی به درستی اجرا نمی شن ( نمی دونم چرا ؟ )
