اینترنت اکسپلوریر

سلام من مس خوام یه برنامه بنویسم که خیلی احتیاج به توابع و یا دستوراتی دارم که با اینترنت اکسپلوریر سرو کار داشته باشه مثلا کدی که بفهمه صفحه کاملا لود شده یا کدی که با اون بتونم یک صفحه جدید رو باز کنم و کدی که بتونه ip منو عوض کنه هرکی این راهنمایی رو به من بکنه یه حال اساسی بهش میدم .
