پیغام windows boot manager در ویندوز 7

چند روزی بود که لپ تاپم به مشکل بر خوردهبود که هی پیام می داد ریکاوری کن ...
امروز صبح روشن کردم دیگه ویندوز بالا نمیاد و یه صفحه با عنوان windows boot manager میاد.
چطور مشکل رو رفع کنم؟(ویندوز اصل MSI)
