مشکل اجرای فتوشاپ CS5

من یه فتوشاپ پرتابل Cs5 دانلود کردم که موقع اجرا این ارور رو میده . .

مشکل کجاست و چطور قابل حله؟!

The issue here is with limited accounts. Running as administrator will fix it, but as I understood it a normal limited account should work as well in Windows 7
