مشکل در connectionstring و dll

سلام دوستان
من یه سایت طراحی کردم روی لوکال مشکلی نداره اما واسه آپلود روی سایت چند تا مشکل دارم :
1- وقتی اون رو پابلیش میکنم و بعد آپلودش میکنم این ارور رو بهم میده :

2-وقتی بدون پابلیش میزارم هم بالا میاد اما وقتی میخواد داده ارسال کنه روی خط open() از دستور sqlconnection گیر میکنه و فکر کنم اشتباه مینویسم دستور کانکشنم رو .
لطفا یه جواب کامل بهم بدید چون تازه کار هستم .
