مشکل در برنامه nokia software updater

با سلام به همه ی دوستان
من وقتی که برنامه ی Nokia software updater رو استارت میکنم پیغام زیر نمایان میشه.
nokia software updater has attemted to connect to the internet but has faild more than three times this could be because of a poor-quality or slow connection.or ristrictions due to a firewall.
if requsted by yor firewall nokia software updater needs the follwing applications in order to gain access to the internet.
nsl_host_process.exe
nsl_ui_clinet.exe
حدود یه هفته پیش بود که N95 یکی از اقوام رو بدون هیچ مشکلی آپدیت کردم با همون ویندوز.ولی الان برای آپدیت کردن به مشکل بالا برخوردم.
به احتمال زیاد از فایرواله و من همه ی تنظیمات فایروال رو چک کردم ولی درست نشد که نشد.
راستی ویندوزم 7 است.
