Overview: This release includes a faster web interface, the first version of the PRTG API, an improved map editor, an iPhone-optimized user interface and a probe installer for faster remote probe updates and many more improvements
# New: Improved map editor
* Map items can now be resized
* Content and template of the map items can now be edited
* User can add own HTML code to add titles, comments or even images (e.g. a data center webcam) to a map
# New: Improved CSS and HTML
* Pages now use the full browser window where useful
* New design uses fewer graphics for faster page loads
# New: PRTG API
* This is the first incarnation of the API, more improvements will be available soon
* API allows access to PRTG’s monitoring results

# New: iPhone optimized user interface
* Allows read-only access to monitoring results for Apple iPhone users
* Your PRTG installation must be accesible from the Internet
* Access it with your iPhone at the URL
(where yourserver is the IP or DNS name of your PRTG installation)
* Using HTTPS is recommended to secure credentials, but HTTP can also be used.
