بعد از نصب کامل فتوشاپ CS3 در محیط ویندوز ویستا SP1 با اشکال زیر مواجه میشوم:
Licensing for this product has stopped working
You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for Help

The licensing error is a pretty easy one to fix. If you look under Windows' services, you should see the FLEXNet Licensing Service service. This service runs the license check. By default, it's set to manual and is not started. Usually, the application will start it and verify the license without a hitch. The issue comes up when a user does not have admin rights and is unable to start the service.
There are two ways to resolve this issue:
1 - Launch the application as an admin and the licenses will be verified on the machine. After the admin logs off, a standard user should be able to launch the application without issue. You will need to launch every application as an admin in order for the whole suite to work correctly.
2 - Start the service and set it to Automatic. However, this doesn't work all the time and sometimes will require some playing around (ie. restarting the service, setting it back to Manual, then back to Automatic). This can become a little frustrating, so I would recommend the first method.
Both of these have worked for me, but then other items could come into play in your situation.حل این مشکل بسیار ساده است
اگر شما در داخل سرویس های ویندوز جستجو کنید ، شما باید سرویس FLEXNet Licensing Serviceرا مشاهده کنید . این سرویس چک کردن لیسانس را اجرا می کند بصورت پیشفرض بر روی دستی تنظیم شده و اجرا نشده است ، معمولا برنامه ها آن را برای ارزیابی لیسانس بدون دردسر اجرا می کنند . این مورد هنگامی ظاهر می شود که یک کاربر اجازه مدیر را ندارد و قادر نیست که این سرویس را اجرا کند . دو روش برای حل این مشکل وجود دارد:
1-برنامه را بعنوان مدیر اجرا کنید (Run as Administrator) و License بر روی ماشین ارزیابی می شود ، بعد از این که مدیر Log off شد کاربران معمولی (استاندارد) باید قادر باشد که برنامه را بدون مشکل اجرا کند شما نیاز دارید تا همه برنامه ها را به صورت مدیر (Administrator) اجرا کنید تا کلا به درستی کار کند.
2- سرویس مذبور را شروع کنید و آن را بر روی Automatic تنظیم کنید هر چند این همیشه کار نخواهد کرد و بعضی اوقات باید کمی با آن ور بریم (یعنی دوباره سرویس را شروع کنیم ، آن را بر روی Manual تنظیم کنیم و بعدا باز Automaticاش کنیم ؛ شاید این کمی ناکارامد باشد ، بنابراین توصیه میکنم از شیوه اولی استفاده کنید.
