به سایت Asus سر بزنید ببینید درایورهای مخصوص ویستا را برای مادربردتون گذاشتن یا نه. اگر بود حتماً اپدیتش کنید. به احتمال زیاد مشکلتون حل میشه.

Hi,
From the problem description, I would like to know:
1. Is the Sleep function has ever worked on this computer with Windows Vista?
2. Is there any special changes (for example, adding software/hardware) performed recently on this computer (which may cause this problem)?
Based on research and experience, this issue could be caused by any of the following:
Ø Software running on the computer is preventing the computer from entering standby.
Ø Devices or drivers on the computer are preventing the computer from entering standby.
To resolve this issue, let's try the following steps:
1. Determine is sleep has ever worked on this computer with Windows Vista?
a. If this has worked in the past:
i. Evaluate any recent changes to the system.
ii. Identify the timeframe during which the behavior changed.
iii. Consider using System Restore to return to a working configuration.
b. If this has not worked in the past, or if System Restore is not an option, continue with the steps below.
2. Check for BIOS Issues. Incorrect BIOS settings can cause startup and shutdown problems.
a. For information about the correct BIOS settings for your PC and how to check and change these settings, refer to the documentation that was included with the PC or contact the PC manufacturer.
b. Resetting BIOS configuration to the defaults can, in rare cases, result in problems starting the computer. It is recommended that this be done only at the recommendation of the PC manufacturer.
Check for available BIOS versions. If this is an OEM computer, check the manufacturer’s web site for information on the latest available BIOS for the computer.
For your convenience, I found the ASUS P5K deluxe motherboard information from ASUS:
http://usa.asus.com/products.aspx?modelmenu=1&model=1646&l1=3&l2=11&l3=534&l4=0
If the computer was built by the yourself, or by a smaller System Builder, check for information about the motherboard used to build the computer, and check the motherboard manufacturer’s site for BIOS information about that specific motherboard.
Also, I recommend you contact the manufacturer support for assistance with updating their BIOS.
3. Manually Enter Sleep: If you are relying on a period of inactivity, try entering sleep manually via the Start menu. This will help determine whether there is activity on the machine that is preventing Windows from sleeping after inactivity.
If you enter sleep properly using this manual method, perform the following steps:
i. Sleep Timer: Change the Put computer to sleep time delay to 1 minute in order to facilitate troubleshooting. Then let the computer sit for more than a minute to see if sleep happens.
ii. Restart: Restart the computer and see if this changes the behavior. If the computer sleeps properly after the restart, there could have been a process running or in a bad state in the last Windows session. Test in this configuration, performing normal usage activities and testing for sleep periodically.
iii. Check for Network Activity: Check the Network tab in Task Manager or the Network activity display in the Resource Monitor to determine if there is network activity that could be preventing the computer from sleeping. If so, check for programs running which could be transferring data with other computers on your home network.
iv. Clean Boot: If none of the above steps provide clues, perform a clean boot of the computer using MSConfig to see if the computer will sleep with nonessential programs and services disabled. (since you have tried this, we can skip this step iv)
4.If the issue still persists, since it may be mostly caused by hardware driver, let’s run “File Signature Verification”. Click “Start” – in Start Search, type sigverif, press Enter – Follow the wizard to scan for unsigned drivers. Please let us know the result.
Please try the above steps and see if it works. Anything unclear, feel free to let me know.
Sincerely,
Robbin Meng
