ارور 0x800f081f در هنگام نصب 4.6.2 NET-Framework

سلام.موقع نصب 4.6.2 NET-Framework روی ویندوز 8.1 به این ارور بر میخورم هرچی هم سرچ کردم چیزی دستگیرم نشد و نتونستم مشکل رو حل کنم کسی هست بتونه کمک کنه؟

Fix Windows 10 error 0x800F081F
To make the final step work you will need a copy of the Windows 8 installation media. Before that, try a couple of quick fixes that have been known to work.

First:

Run Windows Update and make sure you have all the latest updates.

Then:

1. Open a CMD window as an administrator.
2. Type or paste ‘sfc /scannow’ and hit Enter. This will check file integrity.

From Windows 8 installation media:

1. Open the Windows 8 media and find \sources.
2. Type or paste ‘Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source: PARTITION:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess.
3. Type or paste ‘dism /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth’ and hit Enter.

Where you see PARTITION, put the drive letter of the Windows 8 media. For me, this was ‘Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source:E:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess' as the installation DVD was in my E: drive.

One of these steps is sure to fix the 0x800F081F error. If you have any other tricks that work, let us know below!
