مشکل در ساخت user account جدید

دوستان من میخوام یه یوزر جدید برای لپتاپم تعریف کنم . ولی هر چی اقدام می کنم بعد از ایجاد اکانت موقع login پیغام میده :

the user profile service service filed to logon

user profile cannot be loaded


لپتاپم یه یوزر administrator داره که اکانت خودمه و ...

از این روش اقدام میکنم :



To create a user account

To open User Accounts, click the Start button Picture of the Start button, click Control Panel, click User Accounts and Family Safety, and then click User Accounts.
Click Manage another account. Administrator permission required If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Click Create a new account.

Type the name you want to give the user account, click an account type, and then click Create Account.
