how to use movies for improving English

hi every one
i watch to use movies but i don't know which way is the best
for example its better that i just watch the movie or give pause where i don't understand and
listen again or .....
i want the bet way
my second question is how to improve my accent
now i know most of word'S stress but my accent have some problems wht can i do that i speak like an Ameriacan or at least like some English lectureres??

In my opinion it's better to watch movies or tv series twice. Because the first time you want to know what'll happen next so it'll not be that much enjoyable. Second time you pause, write the words you don't know and then .
look them up in dictionaries

To improve your accent you should always listen and repeat :n02: everything you hear in english channels, english movies are not a good source to learn accents. l

It is good for you to find English subtitle of movie and see it with/without subtitle to test your understand of movie dialogs
