مشکل با نرم افزار avac live chat

سلام دوستان!
بنده یک مشکل اساسی با نرم افزار avacs پیداکردم:
اینکه وقتی میخوام پیام رو بفرستم صفحه کلید گوشیم عمودیه و به هیچ عنوان سنسورش عمل نمیکنه.درحالی که با گوشی هایی مثل c5 راحت میشه افقی تایپ کرد.
البته برای نوشتن اسمس همچین مشکلی وجود نداره و راحت با چرخش گوشی صفحه کلید افقی میشه.
ساتید خواهشا نظر بدن؛اگه با ویرایش کردن نرم افزار توسط کامپیوتر یا نصب نرم افزار جدید ویا هر روش دیگه ای این مشکل قابل حله،دریغ نکنید.
راستی مدل گوشیمم samsung s5560i هست.
