یکی راهنماییییییی کنه!!!!!!!

سلام
سیستم من یک مشکل خیلی عجیبی پیدا کرده اگه می شه راهنماییم کنین!
2 روز که وقتی می زدم وارد ویندوز بشه صفحه ی سیاهی بالا میاد که خطای userinit logon application has stopped working میده!
وقتی هم close the program رو می زنم هیچ اتفاقی نمیوفته و همون صفحه ی سیاه باقی می مونه!!
حالا گفتم حتما مشکل از ویندوزه و اومدم که عوض بکنم ویندوز رو!
وقتی می زنم که از روی dvd بوت بشه و صفحه ی داس میاد که می نویسه press any key.. اینجا کیبورد و موس کار نمی کنه و دوباره بر می گرده به حالت انتخاب ویندوز که باز هم کیبورد کار نمی کنه و بعد 30 ثانیه به ویندوز بر می گردد!!
کیبورد و موس من ps2 هست همچنین ویندوز 7 64bit و 8گیگ رم 1333 و core i5 2500k و مادر برد asus p8p67

اول از همه اگر سیدی kaspersky rescue disk دارین به وسیله بوت این سیدی بالا بیاین سیستم اسکن کنید اگر که ندارین لینکش پایین قراردادم شما داخل بایوس برین چک کنید ببینید حالت بوت روی cd-rom قرار داره تو قسمت firest boot درضمن اگر گزینه USB Keyboard / Legacy رو داخل بایوس دارین این گزینه رو enable کنید اگر بازم مشکل داشتین حین عمل بوت برنامه WinSetupFromUSB رو از لینک دوم دانلود کنید ورژن بتای برنامه رو بعدش برنامه رو که اجرا کردین طبق شکل پایین تیک گزینه دوم بزنید طبق شماره 2 مسیر ویندوز 7 که داخل دستگاه قرارداره رو بدین بعدم روی دکمه Go کلیک کنید تا ویندوز روی فلش ساخته بشه بعدش ازطریق بوت فلش اقدام به نصب ویندوز کنید:20:

من تونستم از صفحه سیاه بیام بیرون و وارد ویندوز بشم! از این طریق: وارد تسک منیجر شدم =>explorer <=new task run
هر وقت بخوام وارد بشم باید همینطوری وارد بشم
وقتی وارد محیط ویندوز می شم همش خطای com surrogate has stopped working رو می ده!
حالا مشکل من اینه که می خوام ویندوز رو عوض کنم که کلا از شرر این ویندوز خلاص شم ولی کیبورد اصلا تو محیط داس کار نمی کنه!!
یعنی موقع بوت از روی سی دی که می ره بعدش باید یک کلید بزنیمpress any key.. و موقع انتخاب ویندوز مثل safe mod ... در همین 2 حالت اصلا کار نمی کنه کیبورد!!
cd-rom هم تو فرست بوت است و usb keyboard هم enable! کیبورد هم ps2 است usb نیست!!
این نرم افزار هم دانلود کردم!
در قسمت 2 مسیر ویندوز را چطوری معلوم کنم؟! بزنم c: windows کافیه؟! یا باید فایلی چیزی را معلوم کنم؟!
باید فلش هم وصل کنم به کامپیوتر؟! چون وقتی می زنم می نویسه not enough space.. فلشم 8 گیگ جا داره!!

این ارور معمولا بخاطر کدک‌ها ایجاد میشه اگه از DivX یا Nero یا CodecPack استفاده میکنی بهتره آپدیتشون کنی.
یه روشی تو سایت ماکروسافت گفته که کپی میکنم اینجا:

Using Third Party Software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of Third Party Software can be solved. Using Third Party Software is at your own risk.

The first thing we should do is determine if a program and or service is causing the message. We can place Windows in a clean boot which Windows will only load what is required at boot.

1. Click the Start button on your Desktop
2. Type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
3. On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
4. Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup Items check box.
5. Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
6. Click OK.
7. When you are prompted, click Restart.
How to set your computer to boot normal:
1. Click the Start button on your Desktop
2. In the Start Search box, type msconfig, and then press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Click Normal Startup - load all device drivers and services, and then click OK.
5. When you are prompted, click Restart to restart the computer.
Once you are in a clean boot see if you can browse with Thumbnails on without the error. If we can then we might have a program or service on startup that is causing this. So how to determine which is causing, we would need to use the same steps above but enable half the items back and test until we can reproduce the error. Basically we would be doing process of elimination.


If you still have the message you can try the following.



Click the Start Orb on the Desktop

Right-click Computer and select Properties

Select Advanced system settings (Left side)

Under Performance category select settings

Select the Data Execution Prevention Tab

Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services

Select add

Browse to C:\Windows\System32\dllhost.exe

Select Open and then Ok


You should now be back to the main window with COM Surrogate checked, click apply or ok to exit and see if you still get the message.
