درود
گاهی وقت ها وقتی دارم استفاده میکنم صفحه آبی میشه و مینویسه memory dump وقتی هم ازطریق memory dignostics چک میکنم ارور میده
توی خود برنامه hp هم وقتی رم رو چک میکنم ارور ی با این کد مینویسه:
MBX3KL-5PR63F-XD6V5F-40JW03
راهی ندارید بفهمیم این ماله چیه؟؟
بتوی قسمت system clean هم هر وقت چک میکنم حجم فایل های memory dump خیلی زیاده.
رم تعمیر میشه؟
اسلاتش رو هم عوض کردم بازم همون خطا رو داد

یه سوال مهم هم داشتم توی قسمت hp support assistant تا 6 ماه دیگه waranty داره..

تو سایتش اینو نوشته بود:
