سلام . من يك دانشجوي شيمي هستم. در يكي از كارهايي كه بايد انجام ميدادم نياز به استفاده از الگوريتم ژنتيك در متلب داشتم. به اين صورت عمل كردم:
help genalg
فانكشن برنامه به صورت زير بود:

genalg (x,y,outfit,outpop(

در توضيح چنين آمده بود:


outfit & outpop are text inputs that contain the names of the output varibles. the fitness of the final members of the population are given in outfit & outpop contains the final population: a 1 means varible
was included , and a 0 means that it wasnot incuded.


سوال من اين است: outfit و out pop چه هستند و بر چه مبنايي مقدارشان چقدر بايد باشد؟
