چرا ویندوزم میخواد همه برنامه ها رو با win photo viewer باز کنه؟

سلام
windows 7 home دارم.
من یه فایلی که قابل باز شدن نبود رو فکر کردم عکس باشه و open with کردم تا با برنامه windows photo viewer بازش کنه که نکرد.
بعد اون دیگه تمام برنامه ها میخوان با win photo viewer باز شن. یعنی هیچ برنامه ای باز نمیشه. حتی برنامه های توی استارت آپ!
الان با ساختن یه یوزر جدید مشکلم حل شده ولی میخوام اون یوزرم هم درست بشه.
ممنون میشم راهنماییم کنین.

متن زير را داخل يه فايلtxt كپي كن
و پسوند اون را به reg تغيير بده سپس اجراش كن و ok را بزن 90 در صد درست ميشه
من كه 3- 4 بار استفاده كردم كار داده
