صدای کامپیوتم قطع شده!!!!!

سلام

تو قسمت Control Panel که میرم بخش Sound کامپیوتر م این قسمت کلا خاموشه کار نمیکنه کارت صدا رو چندین بار پاک

کردم دوباره نصب کردم اما باز خاموشه فیلم و موسقی هم پخش نمی کنه در ضمن کارت صدام Unboard هست.

هرکی روشی چیزی ریجستریه بلده به دادم برسه . تو این آخر سالی کمک کنه.!!

اول سیستم رو ریستارت کن بعد موقع بالا اومدن ویندوز دکمه del رو فشار بده تا وارد بایوس بشی بعذ چک کن ببین کارت صدای انبورد enable هست یا نه باید که enable باشه
اگه کارت صدات سالم باشه این سه تا کار رو انجام بده امیدوازم مشکلت حل شه
1-ویروس اسکن کن با یه انتی ویروس اپدیت شده
2-از system restore بزگزد به تاریخی که فکر میکنی این مشکل نبوده
3-اگه کارای بالا موثر نبود ویندوزت رو عوض کن

قبلا ویندوز منWin Xp Sp2 بود که این قعطی صدا پیش اومد حالا ویندوزم رو عوض کردم به win Xp Sp3 تبدیلش کردم

دیدم که بازم صدا قطعه گفتم شاید تو انجمن بنوننن کمک کنند. برای همین اومدم اینجا.
