سلام
قابليت وب كم بودن بستگي به دوربين دارد نه نرم افزار خاصي
اگر دوربين ديجيتال اين قابليت رو داشته باشد همراه خودش سي دي و درايوهاي مربوط به نصب را دارد
شما مدل دوربين رو بگو تا ببينيم كه وب كم داره يا نه .
