سرعت کم انتقال فایل

تو این ویندوز سرعت Transfer من خیلی پایینه . دلیلش چیه ؟
کلا میشه سرعت کپی و پیستشو مثل ایکس پی کرد ؟

مشخصات دقیق سیستم رو مخصوصا مشخصات هارد دیسکتون رو بگین.
