باز نکردن فایل درون شاخه فارسی

سلام
می خواستم بپرسم چرا بعضی فایلهای که درون شاخه با نام فارسی وجود داره باز نمیشه
یعنی نه با فتوشاپ باز میشه نه با acdsee
حتی بعضی فایلها هم که نامشان فارسی هست هم باز نمی کنه

حتّی سازنده‌های این نرم‌افزارها هم از این مشکل خبر دارن، امّا هنوز که هنوزه [احتمالاً] تلاشی در رابطه با فارسی نکرده‌ن؛

بهترین راه اینه که در آدرس‌دهی فایل‌هاتون از کاراکترهای استاندارد ASCII (حروف و اعداد انگلیسی و...) استفاده کنید.


ACDSee 2009, ACDsee Pro 2.5 and later - ACDSee Pro 3 and ACDSee 12 - will support Unicode.

This will allow users to view and decode images that have filename containing characters that exists outside of systems current code page. For example, you will be able to view images with Japanese Characters on a system where the English is used as your regional settings.

Due to legacy and third party plug-ins, there are still a number of areas within ACDSee that can not easily be converted to Unicode in this version, and therefore you will receive 'Unicode Error' in certain situations.

If you receive such error, it means that there is a folder or file name on your computer written in a characters that belong to a different language from the one selected under Regional Settings in the Control Panel.

To fix this problem, rename the folder or filename using characters from the language that is selected under Regional Settings in the Control Panel.
