Access Time چیست

سلام
دوستان می خواستم بدونم چیه و مهمتر اینکه توی چه جاهایی (مثلا کپی یا باز کردن فایل)خودش رو نشون می ده .

زمان دسترسی به فایلها از زمانی که پردازنده دستور بازیابی فایلها رو صادر میکنه . مسلما تاثیر داره هم تو کپی و هم تو باز کردن فایلها
