با چه برنامه ی ميشود partition table دست کا ری کرد؟

سلام ،شبو و روز همگی خوش و بخير
ميخواستم بدونم با چه برنامه ی ميشود partition table مربوط
به hard drive را مديريت و دست کا ری کرد؟جای شنيدم ميگفتن ميشود صفت read only به hard ديسک داد که کسی نتونه
چيزی به hard اضافه يا کم کنه؟ممنون ميشام اگر کمکم کنيد.
