با سلام. جواب MRI مغز من بدين شرح است. كسي مي تونه بگه بيماري من چيه؟ درضمن من ختنمي 46 ساله هستم. ممنون از همه.
1- few small hypersignal T2W and FLAIR foci are seen in right hemisphere periventricular white matter. No SOL, mid line shift or hydrocephaly detected.
2- mucosal thickening is noted in ethmoidial air cells and sphenoid sinus.
درضمن بقيه موارد هم نرمال بوده.

1- بافت مغز شما هیچ شیفتی از خط وسط ندارد. این یعنی توده یا هر چیزی که باعث فشار به بافت مغز میشود در MRI شما یافت نشد. البته یک سری آسیبهایی در نیمکره راست دیده شده که زیاد اختصاصی نیستند اما بهتره جهت اطمینان از عدم وجود پلاکهای M.S بررسی بشین. علائم بالینی و علت انجام MRI رو هم اگه قید بفرمایید بهتر میشه نتیجه گیری کرد.
2- سینوسهای اتموئید و اسفنوئید شما دچار ضخامت در لایه موکوسی شده که نشاندهنده وجود یک سینوزیت مزمن است.
حدس میزنم شما با شکایت سردرد مزمن به پزشک مراجعه کرده باشید.

خیلی ممنون دوست خوبم. راستش من شبا توی خواب دندون قروچه میکنم و لبهامو گاز میگیرم. واسه همین به دکتر مراجعه کردم که گفت صرع داری و یه MRI هم واسم نوشت. به نظرون ممکنه به MS مربوط باشه؟

شرح حال و علایم بالینی در پزشکی خیلی مهمه و پزشک بیماری را درمان می کنه نه ام ار ای رو.

Left maxillary and spheniod sinus opacity and mucosal retention cyst due to sinusitis is seen.

there is not space occupying lesion in supra and inferatentarial structures.
white and gray matter signal intensity, basal ganglia are normal.
mid brain, pons and medulla oblongata have normal.
both 7,8 nerve complexes and C.P angle cisterns have normal appearance.
Cerebellar hemispheres have normal appearance.
ventricular system is seen normally without midline shift.

طبیعی هست....فقط‌به علت سینوزیت یک کیست مشاهده شده

A few tiny T2 high signal foci at periventricular white matter and both centrum semi ovalis are seen due to small vessel ischemic changes (fazekas I)

با سلام لطفا جواب این امرای مغز را هم ترجمه کنیذ
cerebral sulci and ventricles are mildly enlarged(mild cortical atrophy)
there are confluent foci of increased t2 and flair signal abnormality at periventricular white matter and small foci at right high frontal subcortical white matter and right temporal subcortical white matter.
ischemic changes could be considered.
none of these shows restricted diffusion.
there is partial empty sella.
no mass,mass effect or hemorrhage is appreciated.
both cp angles, 7th and 8th cranial nerve appear normal.
given patient history enhanced brain MRI for further evaluation is helpful clinically warranted.
Increased signal intensity is seen at left sigmoid.
MRV for further evaluation is recommended.
