thats another one:
you had your computer fixed at the local computer store, you are not pleased with the service. write a letter to the store manager in the letter describe the situation
explain why you are dissatisfied
say what you want the manager to do

I was just sharing my opinion ... I think the best way is writing it down in Persian (you can do that; can't you?) , then post it here so others translate it for you ... I can assure you, everything goes a lot faster this way...
