سلام...سیستم یکی از دوستان ویندوز ایکس پیش مشکل داشت...براش ویندوز ویستا ریختم...اما هیچ جوری نمی تونم درایور مودمش رو نصب کنم...داخل بسته مودم یک راهنما برای نصب مودم در ویندوز ویستا داره که نوشته:
1.remove any cd driver from the cdrom
2.windows vista automaticly detects a new modem is inserted to the system seletect "locate and install driver software"
3.click continue button in "user account window"
4.windows want to seach driver online,please select "dont search online"
5.please select "i don't have the disc,show me other options"
6.select "browse my computer for driver software"
7.insert the cummunication cd driver in the cdrom press browse button and select path "d:\zling_HCF\vista_32bit" where d: is the driver letter of the cd/dvd rom drive
8.select "install this driver sotfware anyway"
9.now, the zling HCF modem driver is installed successfully,prees close button to finish
تا قسمت هفتم می رم اما وقتی مسیر رو می دم می گه که Windows can't find driver...جالب اینکه اصلا سرچ نمی کنه...سریع این پیغامو می ده:2: وقتی از لیست مودم رو انتخاب می کنم و می خوام دستی نصبش کنم که سیستم کلا کرش می کنه(صفحه آبی میاد).
جالب تر اینکه الان وقتی وارد ویندوز ایکس پی می شم می بینم که تو device manager اصلا modems نیست:18:در حالی که قبل از نصب ویستا مودم توی ایکس پی سالم بود.
مودم رو در آوردم و جاشو عوض کردم هم تاثیری نداشت.(چه در ویستا و چه در ایکس پی):13:
