How to begin learning English???l

با سلام خدمت اساتید انجمن زبان.

بنده قصد فراگیری زبان انگلیسی به صورت حرفه ای و کامل (مکالمه سریع ، ترجمه در همه زمینه ها و...) رو دارم.

میخواستم بدونم برای رسیدن به این سطح باید از کجا شروع کرد(البته کلمات انگلیسی در ذهن من خیلی خوب باقی میمونه).

اگه ممکنه به طور کلی مراحل یادگیری(آموزشگاهی) را برای من درجه بندی کنید.البته از اصطلاحات شما دوستان هیچ اطلاعی ندارم.

obviously you must go to classes ... there is no easy way ... self study is another way (way harder) ... non of these approaches are 100% guaranteed ... not even 70% guaranteed (ok maybe 50%) … gotta work hard , long and rough …

For first question, I have about 45-60min every day for studing.
second question , I have about 14month for learning.
third question, I have enough money.
forth question ,I am living in Iran> zanjan.
fifth question, because I want after finishing university go other countries to continue studing

For first question, I have about 45-60min every day for studing.
it is very little time, you need to spend at least 2 hours per a day to be perfect in English if you only have 14 month, if this is your max effort, I am afraid you should change your deadline.
second question , I have about 14month for learning.
Ok, try to find the best Fast track you can in Zanjan, or move to tehran and find a Good private tutor.
Saffir has some every day fast track too, but I don't recommend. find a private tutor.

third question, I have enough money.
So get a private totor in tehran, enjoy having trip every week to tehran and comming back to your home at weekends, believe me it is easire than what you think,
if you can't do this, just find Kish branch in your city and register for Kish Camping class, they move you to Kish for 3 weeks, and you will be in English city by yourself, it is very effective.

That's a good aim, just determine which country you want to go, since you need to know you should prepare for IELTS or TOEFL

I strongly recommend you to have a good timing, your time is limited.

You are very welcome
the fastest way is getting a good private tutor, a good tutor can get you from 0 to 6.5 in 15 month
but if we are comparing public class with self study, it really depends on your personality and the quality of public class
if you are a self motivated person, you can make a good schedule for your self and help yourself by self study.
but if you have trouble monitoring your study program, then it is better to go to a good public class

there are many good public classes available, I will have new opening for my public classes in next month too
the main thing you should consider when you are choosing a public class is the following factors:

The class should focus on speaking
Number of students shouldn't exceed 10 ( because then you will not have enough time to practice speaking)
the class shouldn't allocate so much time for grammar or teaching vocabularies
