انتی ويروس کاسپر من چند روزه که اين پيقام رو ميده کسی ميدونه معنيش چيه؟

در ضمن زمانی که بر روی technical support service کليک ميکنم با پيقام زير مواجه ميشم
cannot send mail(mapi error code:-2147467259)
اينو هم اضافه کنم که قسمت real time protection فال هست ولی اينجا ميگه غير فال هستش
